Service Description
The Acrylic Technician Course — 2:1 Edition is a personalised, premium training experience designed for beginners who want focused support while learning alongside one other student. This semi-private session offers hands-on guidance through the full acrylic system, allowing both students to learn each technique with clarity, confidence, and consistent educator feedback. This course is delivered over two days. Day One runs from 10:00am–4:00pm, and Day Two runs from 10:00am–5:30pm. Your training is tailored to both students’ pace and goals, covering nail anatomy, safe preparation, liquid-to-powder control, structured application, shaping, infills, removals, and troubleshooting. You’ll receive real-time correction and coaching to help you build strong habits and avoid common mistakes from the start. Students are required to provide their own live model for the practical element of the course. In addition to technical training, you’ll receive business guidance, including pricing, client experience, insurance, hygiene standards, and how to set yourself up professionally to begin taking clients after certification. The 2:1 edition offers a balance of personalised attention and collaborative learning, making it an effective option for developing salon-ready skills in a supportive, focused environment. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with refined technique, professional understanding, and the certification to confidently offer acrylic services.

Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, courses, and bookings made with Indie’s Academy. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service or course, you agree to the following: • Bookings & Payments Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining payment is due at the time of your course. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash where applicable. • Refunds & Deposits All services, courses, and training are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by Indie’s Academy. Once a service or course has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must notify your technician before leaving so we can attempt to resolve the issue. • Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance. Indie’s Academy does not offer rescheduling; failure to attend will be treated as a cancellation. Clients who do not attend without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the booked service(s). Failure to comply will result in refusal of future bookings. • Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, and may still be charged in full. • Client Responsibilities Clients must arrive on time and disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment or training. Indie’s Academy reserves the right to refuse service if it may pose a health or safety risk. • Liability All services and training are provided by trained professionals. Indie’s Academy is not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes where full disclosure has not been provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. • Website Use All website content is the property of Indie’s Academy and may not be copied or misused. Privacy & Governing Law Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
