Cancellations & Refunds

Once your refresher has been purchased and your training date confirmed, your booking is reserved specifically for you. If you choose to cancel your refresher, payments made are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your training date, please contact Indie’s Academy as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is provided, your booking can be transferred to another available training date.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your confirmed training date may be treated as a late cancellation and may require a new booking and payment.

No Shows

If you do not attend your confirmed refresher without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no show and the amount paid will be non-refundable.

By purchasing your refresher, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Training Time

Your refresher runs from 10AM to 4PM, with a break for lunch.

Location

Training takes place at Indie’s Academy in London. The full address and arrival details will be provided once your training date has been confirmed.

What’s Included

All products and equipment required during your training will be provided. Your package also includes a take home kitso you can continue practising after your refresher.

Practice Hand

All training is carried out on a practice hand, so you do not need to bring a model.

Lunch

Lunch is included. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies ahead of your training date.

What to Bring

You do not need to bring any nail products or equipment unless discussed with Indie’s Academy beforehand.

Premium Students

Please send photos of your current sets before your training date so we can plan your day around your areas of focus.

You can choose to Pay in Full, Pay a Deposit or Pay in Instalments when booking your refresher.

If you choose the deposit option, your deposit will secure your place.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your refresher.

Perfect for nail techs who can already apply a full set of acrylics but are not happy with how their sets last, look or how long they take.

This refresher is for you if your sets are lifting or cracking within a week or two, your nails are coming out thick and bulky, your shapes or sidewalls are uneven, you are flooding the cuticle area or getting bubbles in your product, or a simple full set is taking you 3 hours or more when it should take 1 to 2.
